Welcome to e2o. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the e2o.shop website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

e2o ("e2o", "we", "us") is an online store offering clothing and lifestyle goods made from natural and organic materials. e2o is a trading name of Ardiox Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Contact: info@e2o.shop.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed. The price payable is the one displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment details. Applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees for your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and carrier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product information

We work to describe fabrics, colours and measurements accurately. Natural fibres and hand-dyed processes mean small variations can occur between items; these are characteristics of the material, not defects. Screen colours may differ slightly from real life.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the e2o name, logo, product photography and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
